I hope they get it fixed before long. I've always wanted to see Castle Ravenloft in Dwarven Forge, so I just made this:

William-they may indeed have borrowed that layout from your idea. (it wasn't my own)
I finally looked over your thread, amazing set ups! :D
Love the designs!

Forum thread, it's about different layout ideas.

Not saying it was the whole layout, just that 4-pool area at cross.

Looks great! I like your use of water cavern tiles in the crosswalk room in particular.

I can't take credit for that particular map, btw. It was one I saved from the comments in the original kickstarter, and took a liking to.

If you want to view old shared links, it looks like you just have to change the "www" with "mapmaker" and it will work.

For example:
http://www.dwarvenforge.com/mapmaker/sh ... 3c008662d2

becomes:
http://mapmaker.dwarvenforge.com/mapmak ... 3c008662d2
Thanks for the info Himajin! I haven't checked the shared map thread, but saw this map, and messed around with my tiles today to make a modified version of it:

Thanks for a fun afternoon!

brilliant.

I have an old map that simply contains all the pieces I own from both KS1 and KS2. I used it to help me gague the number and types of pieces I was pledging for and deciding the numbers for various add-ons so that I would have the number i was interested in...

While I'm disappointed in myself for not trying that with the URL, I'm STOKED that it works.

You have LITERALLY made my week. Thank you!

The share function in the mapmaker has been broken ever since it was restored. I'm hoping it will get fixed in the upcoming kickstarter.

If you want to view old shared links, it looks like you just have to change the "www" with "mapmaker" and it will work.

For example:
http://www.dwarvenforge.com/mapmaker/sh ... 3c008662d2

Sharing Maps

Post by msimone » Sat Mar 07, 2015 3:06 am

Are we going to be able to see each other's shared maps again? Is there a link I'm missing where I could tweak the URL for older shared maps and view those?
