We're insatiable! The first KS has barely cooled (hell we haven't even gotten to the PM yet, it's still running full force for all intents and purposes!) and we're already speculating and plotting for KS7?!!? What kind of monsters are we?!

Ok, histrionics are over with, for now.

So, KS7 ideas:
  • Dreadhallow expansion (2-3 times the number of sculpts we got here
  • Swamps sub-theme to Dreadhallow
  • Moderate sized CBS expansion
I've noticed a tendency for DF to have a main theme with several sub-themes the past few KSers, so this extends that idea. In terms of total sculpts, the above should be something like 60% Dreadhallow (new trees, new floors, stuff to decorate the forest, etc.), 20% swamps (similar in scope to Erinthor and contained in one mega-pack, but also broken out), and 20% CBS expansions (additional master builder stuff, a few new specialty walls, ceilings, floors, etc.).

That's just my vision for it. Can't wait to see your ideas and whatever DF eventually cooks up for us. I'm torn on minis...I'd be happy if they didn't include any in the next KS, but I also kind of love them and think they bring in new backers....

Wooden frame and sided defensive hoarding for castle walls and towers.
Wood plank roofs, thatched roofs, ... I'll get back to this 'soon'. ;)
I should maybe make a list in a word document first, then post the bajillion ideas.

I think KS7 should include wooden-type pieces to make indoor cities. Giving access to the masses to a product similar to the resin Medieval Building Set, hopefully matching existing resin pieces.
I think log cabins done in KS3 styles would be cool and add more variety to cities, villages, and towns everywhere. Plus, you can't do outdoor terrain and not have a mysterious cabin in the middle of the woods.

KS7 Forces of Nature way to soon discussion

In my tradition of way to soon discussions I present KS7 Forces of Nature.

Well, what does everybody want from KS7 if it is a wilderness KS?
