My beans are that about 250 orders a day are going out.

That's a lot for a small fulfillment warehouse.

Anyway, that's about twice your estimate. Hope this is useful

So.....

Mid-Feb for KSIII on the webstore
Early-March for KSIV

KSIII probably 75% or so delivered except for international, which varies a lot.

But the August preorders still need to be sent out and it is nearly the end of January already. I wonder how many of those there are to go out. I really cannot guess how many people added, but I would guesstimate about 500-1000 orders, or another week or two weeks max of deliveries at 150 or so orders a day. Maybe those will go faster.

Looks to be a very very busy month or two for DF.

Lotta fun for me though.

The latest official word is early March for KS4. Can anyone in the know confirm if this is still the timeframe?

How much extra is a huge question for me also. Should I wait till it opens and then jump in for more KSIII? KSIII retail will be at minimum a couple weeks and maybe nearly 6 weeks before the KSIV.

I hope we have a firm KSIV date before KSIII stuff hits the shop. It will help my decision making.

I suspect DF will do a great post KS business.....
Agreed. I just hope they ordered enough extra so that things like roofs and streets and lighted walls and sewers etc don't sell out in a weekend!

Prices and stretch goals are typically better in the KS. I will be spending my money there in order to unlock more stuff. :)

KSIII shopping vs KSIV pledging will be the real conundrum for a lot of DFers this spring.

I know it will be for me.

Post-KSIII is also...

...during KSIV.

Which means post-Apocalypse for our wallets.
