Here are a few more battery holders that have a smaller footprint:

You can do a google search for "CR2032 battery holder" to find listings from ebay, amazon.com, and other places.

It has a slim profile and worked the best out of all there other holders I found.

I also found small flickering LEDs (smaller then the Tea Lights) on E-Bay that worked really well.

:-) That's awesome! In fact, those battery holders and the 3mm flickering LEDs are what I use too. I don't recommend using the 5mm tea lights, even though you can. They're just too big. They are great for braziers.... another tutorial I have to do. Sorry, to anyone else reading this if I haven't mentioned it before.

Are you selling these yet? I'm specifically interested in the ones with LEDs, rather than just magnets. :)
I'm in the middle of some other work that should finish up in a couple of weeks, but I do want to get back into building these pieces. You can check back here to find out when I'm going to start doing these walls again.
Sounds good. I'll keep an eye on the forums then.

Are they posted any where else? This looks like an amazing mod to try out. Its really cool how you made it a modular project.

Thanks for letting me know... The website was updated recently and many image links broke, but it's hard to go through and fix it with having so many posts. I think I'll go through this weekend and fix the posts of mine that I can.

Edit: I've fixed the broken images... they're all in the first post.
