Canadians Backing (or hoping to) KS4
Re: Canadians Backing (or hoping to) KS4
This whole thing is a hoot. BioW, you HAVE to get the forum moderator to add "Sir" to your title so you don't lose your posting status! Does Jenney handle the Forum completely?

You were pretty much powerless to resist though! As you can now personally attest, Stefan in person has a 19 in charisma. When he tells you you're about to be knighted, you suddenly find that somehow you have already taken a knee.biowizard wrote: Lastly, I was officially knighted! I'm a 39 year old scientist and I'm not supposed to be doing childish things. Yet, my inner DF-"groupieness" gave in and I kneeled when Stefan took out his swords and costume. I can't believe my wife now has pictures of me doing that.
Glad you were able to meet the whole gang in Valoria, I hope to make the trek there someday.

Sir Biowizard, you let Stefan wave a SWORD around your NECK???
He'as an artist, man. You're lucky he didn't start to wonder about carving art...
Congratulations!

Congratulations, Sir Biowizard!
Re: Canadians Backing (or hoping to) KS4
As planned 2-3 weeks ago, I spent the weekend in New-York city with my wife and recovered my very large KS3 order to avoid shipping fees and taxes. Stefan & Co graciously took the time to show me around the workshop known as "Valoria" and I really felt like VIP. I met Stefan, Jay, Nate, Elye, Wondy and Nina. They were all very friendly and genuinely as warmhearted as they are talented. Even Nate with his "scary" Mohawk gave me an embrace before I left.
Lastly, I was officially knighted! I'm a 39 year old scientist and I'm not supposed to be doing childish things. Yet, my inner DF-"groupieness" gave in and I kneeled when Stefan took out his swords and costume. I can't believe my wife now has pictures of me doing that.

I will be pledging for KS4 and having it shipped directly to my home in Edmonton. If any AB collectors want to save on S&H, we can have it delivered to my place. I have family in Grand Prairie and I can deliver it directly to you, or I can hit Calgary for a weekend and deliver it there too. PM me if interested. Hoping to save some $$$ on S&H this time around.

I live in a suburb of Detroit and can act as a shipping point for those wanting to run across the border...

I might be, think last year I added you on Facebook right before the Kickstarter ended to try and arrange something but it was too late. If we can get a group going then that'd be great.whyteshark wrote:Any Alberta buyers who would be interested in sharing S&H?
