Any official news on this would be appreciated, I'm just worried that it'll be indefinitely put in the back burner. They are errors that they might want people to simply forget. There's no money to be made for them in fixing it, all they have to loose is our trust. Anyway, I just hope this isn't forgotten.

Give Jesse a break, folks. He just took over and is getting things under control. We're all used to Suzy being online 24/7, which is hardly a fair comparison.

Thanks for the link! It was extremely helpful, though it would have been nice if everyone had stayed on track posting "known issues" with proof rather than general feedback and kibitzing about magnets :-).

For what its worth, I emailed my questions a couple posts down to DF. They got back to me VERY quickly, saying, we are still working on final answers for points 1 and 2 (What pieces are defective enough to replace and the extent of the replacement) and assured me that they could hold replacement pieces for me until I could confirm problems.

Thumbs up on the quick response.
I emailed dwarvenforgeinfo@gmail.com. Jesse got back to me within 24 hours.

Admin ObLiDa on these forums responded to a query in a post I made re:sold out KS4 sets within 24 hours.

Thumbs up all the way from me on responsive customer service!
