Nice video

One thing we did not appreciate until a short time ago was that you could use City Builder walls in between the CBS posts used to raise the flagstone floors.

So what occurs now is why we don't have dungeon walls and for KSVI Cavern walls ?
We could, but remember the scale difference. Standard CBS posts and two wall panels is 8 full inches, and Dungeons and Caverns are legacy scale and thus would be slightly less than that.

It would require at the least some new tweaked CBS-style posts to work right.

I’d also like some Mountain-styled posts and wall panels. The City Stone ones work great dimensionally if you paint your own, but the stone texture match could be better.
Bum!

two different sized walls or different posts would be a mother to keep track of. Still not impossible.

Mountains could easily be done :)

Personally I like the mountain floors better than the flagstone..more versatile and still work as a castle floor IMO. I got the dwarvenite-g flagstone though which I don't like much so not the best comparison to mountain floors which I also have.

If it is easy to install it is potential functionality that does not detract from the piece at all. Nice to get a bit of a preview of potential KSV magnets though.

I'm guessing they are just shifting towards magnets in anything that touches the table, as long as the piece can hold them.

I was wondering that also. It would cover most of the terrain sheet. I guess you could still stor it on your car if needed. I do not have a sheet of steel handy to see if it will actually hold itself up well enough though.

Interesting...

Thoughts as to what benefit the magnets provide? Considering the size of this tile, I wouldn't expect to want to use it with the new magnetic sheets.

Thanks! I find it interesting that your mountain set 8x8 has a different bottom than mine. My center hole in the very center of the tile is square (yours is round) and my square with a hole is glued on; yours appears to be part of the mold.... this means that DF did at least two different mountain 8x8 molds....
