This being my first KS, can any of the KS Grognards tell me, after the KS is the web store basically sold out of the new stuff? And if so, how long does it take to replenish? One would think that they would have over ordered lots of the new stuff as it's the new product, right?
There should be some of everything in the webstore starting sometime in September, but the limited run stuff (Jade and Marble) may sell out pretty quickly.

Dwarvenite reorders seem to take 3-6 months to fulfill and ship (which is quite a bit better than the 6 months to 1 year+ lead times on Resin.) Dwarvenite restock is likely to happen at least a couple times a year, and they're doing preorders lately for some of the large sets which is nice.

What gets reordered depends on demand, shipping volume, and casting minimums. They don't want a ton of extra inventory costing money in the warehouse, but they also don't like having things out of stock for too long. Delicate balancing act, but starting to get better IMO.

Man, a second acid bath opens up so many possibilities. Just this massive chamber of acid with various precarious walkways....

First regret - now I realize I should have found a way to shoehorn a second Acid Bath into the order so the kids wouldn’t fight over the killer croc.

I’d considered it, getting an Unpainted set and painting a friggin croc purple for the daughter. But I thought, I don’t need all those extra passage walls (also wrong.)

I already ordered a solo Acid tray and had planned an early webstore order for an extra Elevation Pack, that’s like halfway there on the cost. Should have dropped the random extra Unpainted Arcane Alcove and the Acid tray, spent a few bucks extra and gotten a spare Acid Bath.

The pedestal did not make it because we had to place the good Lady atop it!

By the by, can anyone tell me what set this mystery pedestal piece comes from?
Vegomatic is correct. The pedestal did not making it into KS5. It was one of the first pieces I sculpted for KS5 and it's sad that it got left out. I understand why it did though. We had too many awesome pieces and somethings had to go. The pedestal was a simple, minor item that wasn't needed for the DoD adventure as a whole. Out of everything that got left out, it's the one I'm least disappointed over losing.
Of course, if something was not made, and we wants it, it was made by the Lady Sabelle.

My wife is one of the smartest people i have ever met.

Why she sees fit to allow me to share her life is beyond me ;)

I think many a wife would slowly back away from someone who had pledges named like that.

Well, that is good fodder for the conversation with the wife when the stuff hits the web-store..."Well, when I initially pledged, I went with the very reasonable Less Crazy Idea pledge, and now I am just rounding it out to Dungeon of Minor Insanity..." :)

OK - I had to go back to my files and look at all the stuff to figure this out. Each of these pledges had a Definite and a Consider column. Most of them centered around skipping early encounters in order to get Dias of the Dead and/or Eldritch Pools.

Pledges were named:
Dungeon of Doom
Dias of Doom
Crazy Pledge Idea
Modest Pledge Idea
Dungeon of Sanity
Gutted Dungeon (still over $1,000)
Eviscerated Dungeon (i got it under 1K!!!!)
Less Crazy Idea
Revived Dungeon
More Modest Pledge Idea
Dungeon of ?able Sanity
Dungeon of Survival
Dungeon of Less

In the end, it seemed the best deal was to get the encounters in order and take advantage of the discount this afforded (I am REALLY glad now that i got encounters 1-6 cause i just got my preship notice!). My final pledge looked most like Less Crazy Idea. The 13 pledges ranged from $800-$1,500 and many were within a few dollars of each other. Those got plugged into the spreadhseets and piece counts and more importantly WHICH pieces i WANTED were compared.

I really tried to find a creative path to the goodness, but i ended up at tier three with troves ;)
