Looks good! My wife is planning on painting a fall scheme this winter and we've been talking about color choice. Now we can cheat off of your thoughts =)

Good work. Nice desaturated colors.

Nice job astolat, 8-) but I agree with pacarat about the green overpowering the ground for a "fall look".
But who am I to talk, my stuff will be unpainted for at least a year (I'll wager) maybe longer. ;)
Ha! Easy to comment, not so easy to get all/any of it painted.

I am in the same forest.. er boat, since I have so many other irons in the fire. (Old West, DeepWars, Pirates, Congo, Ghost Archipelago, Pulp, etc., etc.)

Good brush work. For autumn though, I personally would use a lot less green. More reds, browns, orange, yellows with the foliage.

Really like the tones on the dead /dying leaves.

One suggestion would be to do a light brown as your first base level (for the autumn scheme) dry brush.

This would set off all of your green leafies, as they are getting a bit lost, and lighten up your tile so details are more visible.

I’m thinking of trying a very light tan/off white as base coat dry brush, and then using a lot of filters and washes in appropriate colors. Then a final spot paint /pick out of the fine details as you have done with the leaves.
