Why thank yer.
I don't know if it came out in any of the pictures, so here's a close-up of some of my 1" embankments with vegetation. I made some sculpy molds of plant textures, and some of my own sculpts.

Well already started on some foam embankments, but for a different purpose. I am going to build dome adapters to use these with my DH embankments though.

Here is the motivation, I have all these terra tiles:

So want to blend in the elevation better:

Obviously the same approach can be used to build rectangular tiles to match DF

Looks like about $7-800 worth of Escarpments on that table.....

I'm going to experiment this weekend with foam escarpments. I have a major temple to Junkyard Dog build for next Dragonfire, and a lot of foam to do it with. I can spare a few to see if I can come up with something useful, cheap.

Sounds like a good idea :!: I may give it a go next week.I will post photos on one of my threads.

An e$carpment here, an e$carpment there, pretty soon it adds up...

I’ve put some thought into designing some custom escarpments, too. My first look would be at a 6x6 base with a 90 degree concave curve.

Basically taking the 3x3 escarpment outer corner and stretching it out to a larger radius irregular curve/diagonal 6x6 form factor.
