Man a fall DreadHollow would be so cool.
Definitely want to get Erin to paint us some of those. We are sure a lifetime of carrots will swing it :)

I like the idea of fall trees.

I used the lava and school bus DF paints for the Fire and Ice God wood.

I received my brown and metallic's today.I really like the colors. I wonder how soon before some painting tips.

The bucket is the new brown. The metal parts are the new bronze and silver. The bronze work well for Cp3O as well.

I am sure the greens will work well for leaves.

I've been wanting a good, quality wilderness (forest) set. This is so beautiful. I was thrilled watching today. I grabbed so many shots for the FB group. Thrilled to see more, scared to see the price, but dang if it ain't worth it.

I hope that they sell the tiles without the trees. It looks like the stumps and tree trunks are potentially held together via magnets. I could use the tiles without the trees as cleared forest near the edges of villages and cities, and even potentially modify other tree tops to add to the bases.

I would hate to have to buy tiles with trees and vice versa.
Not confirmed yet, but that is a likely option. Would also allow purchasing extra treetops for alternate paint jobs or modding. Or you could play entirely without them (just like some people prefer to use City Builder sans roofs) to save money or have easier accessibility.

Those treetops are so pretty though...
Oh, i want some tops too :)

I guess I picked the wrong year to (pay someone else to) paint the house!
Ha! My check for the same thing just cleared. After seeing these trees I wonder if I would have had the willpower to do the house vs buying Dreadhollow Forest had these pics been out a month ago.

It was the interview after the game. ;)

P.S. I knew they could do trees at this great level, sure wish they would have clued us in earlier this year. I want these badly, but will probably not get very much of due to spending other funds on other trees this year.

.......DWARVEN FORGE - STOP being so secretive.
.
It irks me, I already spent money on inferior trees. Although I thought they were nice, until I saw yours. If you would have mentioned some time ago that you were considering doing trees this year, the cash would be in your bank account in a few weeks, not in some other manufacturer's. You didn't need to show us anything, just tell us.

Wow, William, did they have another feature in the livestream that was about Dwarven Forge? So sad I missed it! I thought the next is 1pm :(
