I completely agree, but still getting a table and such set up downstairs is slow going just cleaning the area. Lots to do and not much strength to do it in a quick fashion. I will say, once it's done and the posting starts in earnest, you'll probably be wishing I mess the room up again.

I too, hope the resin lines are resurrected in some manner in the near future. Pre-orders are harder for me without the KS's, but both at the same time might be pretty difficult to do together for my meager means. If I had my druthers, I really just want the store stocked better, so when I have the funds I can get what I want.
I'll keep wishing. ;)

but, what if you don't play any 'game' with it? Then does quantity matter? ;)
That means your fellow forumites require a greater quantity of pictures of your setups. ;)

We totally concur :)

But as are shallow, petty and trivial it only makes our top 100.

I only backed certain encounters that are more easily integrated with the outside or ruins. I intend to use the Forest portions to butt up next to mountains or the special encounter area and use larger scale terrain mats and standalone trees for representation of the forest further away from the key adventure spots. Even still I ended up backing over 600 new pieces according to the spreadsheet.

I ended up with just a smidge of caverns (the cavern starter - I have tons of resin caverns and had skipped KS2), the cave mouth to connect to the smidge of caverns or burrows, 3x tree packs, 3x forest scatter packs, 1x escarpment pack to connect the cave to Erinthor, 2x banks to ease the escarpment to a forest mat, and some odds & sods including the eponymous Dwarven Forge. All painted because that makes it easy.

My reasoning focused on using the trees with my existing woodland terrain since to attempt to cover a significant chunk of a wargaming table would be very pricey. I started the KS intending to mostly miss it, got psyched up during the campaign, but had heartache about what it would cost, made a minimalist pledge, largely ignored it until the last day of the PM, and at last came up with a strategy that will work well with my large pre-existing investments in DF and lots of other terrain. Looking forward to more CBS in KS7.
