Everything looked outstanding in that video. Masterpieces!

I am curious how this will all be packaged for the Kickstarter. A full selection of everything there would be a pricey mega-encounter. I hope it will be broken up into smaller encounters/pledges.

As amazing as everything is, I would love to have a smaller $200-300 pledge option for those of us looking for just a bit of lava to spice up our builds.

Curious as everyone else about the lighting (my guess is that there will be traditional LED pieces like the LED floor from KS4, and the rest of the lighting we saw in these was just a UV light making the colors glow.

I do think the lava river looks TEH AWESOME, and that lavafall is absolutely perfect. That one piece alone sold me, thanks to that I'm gonna need enough river pieces to have lava on one level and lava on the level beneath it so I can link them with that. Brilliant.

Im sure Nate will be doing a "Hands on with 6.66 and Resin Hellscape compatibility".
Honestly, with the color differences (gray vs. black) I don't think they really are compatible. I can see a compatibility video with KS2 lava caverns though.

Not that I would not gladly have more photos in various light and more info etc, but having watched the video, my reaction is just give me ALL the glowy lava, give it to meeee *makes grabby hands*

There are transitions from the 6.66 tiles to lava terrain trays that look just like the CD transitions .. but in lava color rather than mossy looking in caverns which end at water. Or maybe the are closer to forest bank pcs in size, since the lava tiles seem to. be 4x4.

Cool looking stuff, but probably to niche for my uses.
That is the reason I do not have much of the resin Hellscape. The magma river will be useful in the mines of Moria.I have been using DOD for that more and more often.
It can be painted to match.

I want to see how this lava system interacts with the resin lava from the Den of Evil series. I have 4 of Master sets 1 &2 plus an assortment of the accessory pieces like the gate, stairs, and teleporter.

I do like what I have seen at Descent but knowing the 2 styles interact well would be essential for my full buy-in.
