I know it's been a while since I posted on this thread. Not so crafty these days, trying to get back into it.
I have a question for any sculptors out there.

I have used Greenstuff for quite a few years and never used gloves or anything to mix other than my fingers. This Christmas I received some Apoxie Sculpt and I noticed a few warnings that Greenstuff does not have on it. They are Hazard Statements about skin reaction and eye irritation. Have any of you who have used A.S. ever used anything other than your uncovered fingers to mix it? Any reactions or irritations? My constitution is typically high to these things, but want to make sure before I get into it too much.

Thanks for any insight.
I wanna use my fingers because I hate gloves.
Help :?:
I use Apoxie Sculpt instead of green stuff (too expensive from the hobby store in my area). I use it without gloves and I've never had a problem. Of course, I'm not using it all the time (infrequently, at best). I tend to clean my fingers/hands quickly afterward.
If you aren't gaming then you aren't living.

I have already seen a need for a 45* curved passage piece, but our champion modder is way ahead of me.

Curse you William! I just got a second set of Dwarvenite Water, and now I'm not going to be able to paint it until I mod it all up. Too many good ideas in this thread! :D

This thread is awesome. I really want to see those stream and puddle pieces painted, as I was just thinking yesterday that I need some narrow cavern waterways.

I hope Stefan looks at this thread. Some great ideas here. I am astounded by the variety of mods.

Thanks, Yes. but only sized for the narrow doors from the resin sets. The larger doors didn't look right in the curve, so I just did the smaller sizes. I did the larger sizes for the diagonal wall doorways. Here are the pictures that were worthy of posting, most were fairly blurry.

The next picture shows some floor and wall tiles I am still in the proccess of adding green stuff plants to the tiles. I'll show these more in the future, once they are farther along.
