My favorite part of Dreadhollow is the cave mouth. I love the idea of an encounter starting outside of a cave and the party having to fight their way into the cave from arrival. I bought an extra cave mouth pack so that I can have two entrances into one cave complex to add intrigue. Two openings, elevations and the line-of-sight aspect of the trees should offer some great tactical combat!
I really like the cave mouth too. I am going to paint it and the escarpments to match my Erinthor mountain. Suspect many an adventure will start here.

LOL I have enough on my plate as it is, a livestream would bring more complexity into a life I'm trying to simplify. :P Maybe one day...

My dream is with Dreadhollow coming out to DM a local con with the entire table already laid out like how Sorn has his diorama (though in smaller scale of course). Having Dreadhollow makes it a possibility as flocked trees just wouldn't survive as well. Sounds petty, but I would love to have an audience watching my players, drawn in by the scenery. I can't think of a better way to draw people to the terrain aspect of our hobby.
Start a livestream! That's an even bigger audience reach.

DF is much easier to store - I hope the next KS allows some tree variety to add to it. And, let’s be clear about this, the modularity of DF promises to be much greater than the current terrain I use. You can make rivers, caves, lakes, etc. I am really hoping that the next KS kicks it up a notch even more...though I must admit, I am running out of space myself here. The ability to dump DF terrain in large buckets is a huge plus. Makes movement, storage and transportation much easier than other terrain and models.

Oh wow...if Sorn is running out of storage space...

This, but using DreadHollow instead- someday hopefully - and assuming the quality is as good as I hope.

Wow. I mean, wow.
That is almost real. Was that meant to be a diorama or look at it only build or a playing environment for folks to explore? I see tons of DF and some Epix Haven and few structures of uncertain pedigree poking up thru all those trees. Really cool stuff there.
