They have always had an excellent reputation in standing behind their product. The few times I had a small issue it was handled swiftly!

Heliric,

As you bought these through the DF Europe store, I suggest you drop them an email direct.
On the forums, he goes by the name Thod, but you should also have had an email with contact details when you placed your order. (Heading something like - Thod\'s Bazaar Purchase Order) There is a direct email address at the very bottom of that.
Drop Jens / Thod an email. He is very friendly and helpful. I hope this helps.
(Stefan and co. are no doubt still very busy with the new KS, but one thing I know about DF is that they stand by their reputation and quality. These are well below par and will be sorted one way or another)

Wow. That is not a good set, I am sorry:( It looks like distortion issues with the Resin due to temperature/weather in the factory...those pieces should have been thrown out during quality control...we will replace them for you and bring it up with the factory. In Resin, there will always be some small imperfections in fitting but these are pretty bad and not acceptable...I am sorry.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and my apologies for the subpar castings...
I will be in China, at the factory floor in about a week and I will bring it up directly with the manager.
