Everything goes well.
I stopped working for about 10/14 months the time the bone is repared.
It hurts a lot since they had to do a bone graft taking from my right hip.
But I survived as you can see so let's see what happens next with DF !

Re: Changes in policy for combined orders
That's sad because it's happening again. Check the shop to see that many items have dissapeared with last update. (LED Lantern pilars etc)
I wanted to order but was waiting for the doomed ks3 restock to avoid multiple orders.
Now it's over because there is not enough items in my basket and too much custom + postage + package fees.

Re: Changes in policy for combined orders
My only concern is when not all inventory is listed at the same time for various reasons. I've seen this happen a few times over the years. Or when sets start selling out right away and panic sets and I have to make a second immediate order out of fear od not getting it on this round of restocks. This is about the only time something like that would happen for me.

Re: Changes in policy for combined orders
I have had them combine orders to save on shipping in the past. But the savings on shipping were for them, not me, I had already paid for the order and shipping. I was trying to save them money.

Re: Changes in policy for combined orders
I'm pretty sure what Suzy means is that they will no longer be able to take multiple orders and combine them to cut down on shipping costs. For example:GODofwar wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2017 8:09 pmSuzy, what exactly does 'separately placed orders' mean? If a buyer buys KS5 items and specifies that they want X order from the store shipped with it are those 'separate orders' even though submitted at the same time?DFSuzy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 02, 2017 11:25 amHi everyone,
At the request of our warehouse (they are an independent facility), we regret to inform you that we can no longer combine separately placed orders to be shipped together. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at dwarvenforgeinfo@gmail.com.
Thank you to everyone for your understanding. Please contact us if you have any specific issues that you need us to address regarding this policy change.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
There are a lot of ways for use to 'order' so I'm looking for clarification.
TLW
On Monday you order a batch of caverns for your next weekend's session. (Order #1)
On Wednesday you come up with a cool design to integrate a small underground tower, so you make that purchase as well. (Order #2)
Prior to the policy shifts, Suzy was able to run like a rabbit to the warehouse and ask them to hold Order #1 so you could combined it with Order #2 to reduce overall shipping costs. (Something not many companies with this scale of orders can normally do, mind you.)
Assuming this has caused more headache for the warehouse and an obvious backlog of orders, the executive decision from the warehouse leaves us at a point where we should know what we're looking to buy right off the bat, and if we have extra orders we wish to make, we adult up and pay the full shipping cost.
Suzy, feel free to correct me if I am wrong!
