Lady Sabelle used to cast some really great TOH walls etc. you should PM her to see if she can make you some.

One more idea.

This isn’t really “temporarily”, but we could call it “situational”.

I’m toying with UV paint. That is, paint that is invisible, except whem you shine UV light on it, them it shows.

An idea would be to paint tiles with this kind of paint (which can be bought on Amazon quite cheap), then light it with UV when needed. You might also rule (as I will) that the UV light is a “detect magic” spell, visually showing different things to players when it is cast...

So, the wife suggested self-sticking red rhinestones... I think it worked out pretty darn well! It's still in progress, but I'll post more pics once completed.

For those interested, those pieces are from the Path of Osiris kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/15 ... game-tiles, since I wasn't going to get as detailed as putting in my own mural, I figure those would work well since they have hieroglyphs and illustrations on the walls. Good stuff :)
Very nice work Mr and Mrs Arravis - we like that :)

Cut a sheet of transparency film to fit the room, and go to town on that.

Red chalk could work too and would wash right off.

Finger paint sounds like a great idea. If that does now work you could try cutting out the stone shapes out of red duct tape or red electrical tape and sticking it to each stone.
