Give the gorgon twice as much hit points and have it do double the damage and show your players that a little bull can still be dangerous.

The gorgon is indeed dainty. 25mm scale jsut looks wrong on what should be such a big guy. Especially is one has a lot of 32mm figures in their collection.

Well, then I could not resist playing around with it a little with some extra pieces, including those from Castle Builder and the Dwarven Forge from Caverns Deep as well as an extra elevation platform from the DS5 kickstarter. I'll be using this set-up for my annual Minimally Invasive game:

Glowing rune door is rad, nice job!

Still wish the dang gorgon was about twice as large (it's smaller than the horses in city-builder!).

Ok, I finally got my Gorgon tiers mostly painted. I love taking photos because you can see which tiles do not quite match, and then fix them. Here is what I've done before the fixing begins. The rune door I used some phosphorescent powder with some blue ink lightly brushed on top. I use a a small black light flashlight to charge those items when the characters set off a magical effect. I apologize for my terrible photography skills:

I love that you also get an in-motion version.
Yeah, for some reason that totally didn't click with me when I saw the contents/description, so was very pleasantly surprised to find 8 golems in my box! I had just assumed that they were posable, not that there were two versions.

I will have to admit that I just purchased the Gorgon Tiers set mainly to get the golem walls...those awesome golem walls. I love that you also get an in-motion version. And I am happy with the size of the walls, with the golems being taller than the medium sized character. They really look intimidating standing over and surrounding a character mini. I do agree that the gorgon is a little small, but I will likely just pull out a gorgon from my Reaper Bones pile. It is just the right size. In fact, I might include both. Somewhere near the front door, I would put the smaller gorgon, on a platform, and use it just as a statue. Then, when the players reach the main area, they will see the second one, and think it is just a statue too. Wahahahaha!!
