Also, I want to tell everyone: if you've sent anything to the new address and haven't gotten a response, don't worry I'm not just scamming you to clear out my inbox. It's a new system and there are some growing pains getting used it. Tons better organization than just email- but choices mean new things to learn so please be patient.

Also, in case you didn't notice, we've just had our two busiest days in the history of the shop with the release of DoD into the wild and then a massive restock the week after it. So there are lots of new people with lots of new questions (or lots of the same old questions- but it's new to them so I've got to get them good info). What I'm saying is that it's very busy, so please hang tight if it takes a few days to get back to you.

We're adopting a new help desk system to better handle customer communications. Please send all future messages to customersupport@dwarvenforge.com instead of chuck@dwarvenforge.com. I'll still be answering everything there, but this way it will be "in the system" instead of just in my email. Thanks!
