How do I update my shipping address?
PledgeManager allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked for shipping. The address page is displayed AFTER you have selected your main pledge and add-ons; if you haven't finished your pledge but want to update your address, just click the "Skip to Next Step" prompts, passing through the main rewards and add-ons page, until you land on the Shipping page entitled "Order Address."
After the PledgeManager is locked, please send ALL address requests to ks5@dwarvenforge.com.
How do I know how much credit I have left to spend on add-ons?
In the top right of the PledgeManager there is a panel which shows a running tally of the number of items in your cart and the money you have yet to spend

My order is locked but I want to add items. How do I do this?
During our PledgeManager phase, you may change your order as many times as you like, even if you have completed the order. If you have completed your order, when you link to your PledgeManager account, your completed order receipt displays. At the bottom of your order total, there is a link to unlock the order. If you wish to purchase more items after the PledgeManager phase ends, you may be able to add to your order; please contact ks5@dwarvenforge.com.
What should I do when I'm done with my pledge?
In the PledgeManager, simply follow the prompts until you get to the final receipt page. We will not lock the Pledge Manager until the end date, published on the first page of the PledgeManager.
Can I add more items to my pledge?
Prior to the end of the PledgeManager phase, you can add more items simply by logging into PledgeManager, and placing additional items in your cart. If your new add-ons create a order total that is greater than the amount you pledged, you may go through the check-out process to pay for the additional items.
If you wish to purchase more items after the PledgeManager phase ends, you may be able to add to your order; please contact ks5@dwarvenforge.com.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Prior to the end of the PledgeManager phase, you may remove items by clicking on the cart symbol in the upper right corner and selecting the X for the items you'd like to remove.

What's so special about terrain trays?
They are rigid and can hold pieces without flexing. Pieces can be attached to the trays with magnets so that you can pre-build rooms and add them to your session on the fly, or store them as needed. Also, they can serve as a lava, acid, or water foundation upon which you can build rooms.
I understand that the magnet system was changed after the Kickstarter ended. Can you explain that change?
We have tested a variety of different methods for affixing pieces to the new Terrain Trays. We have abandoned the gasket option in favor of a much more cost-effective and time efficient solution -- factory-installed magnets in the base of the pieces. As such we have removed the gasket offerings and now give everyone the option to have magnets pre-installed in each set. Only pieces that are designed to traditionally sit directly on the Terrain Trays will have the magnet option - this includes pieces such as walls, floors, corners, and ledges. Pieces such as accessories, elevation, and daises will not have the magnet ports. Pieces without pre-installed magnets, will have an empty hole in the bottom.
