Re: Splitting Wildlands? Great idea!

The hard part is DF is very artistic. Look at the cheap trees off of Amazon, GW trees, or even 3D printed stuff. We have cheap options and they are sufficient. Then DF showed their artistic talent and now Dreadhollow is an in-demand item. It just goes to show the poem "The Touch of the Master's Han...

Re: Traditional Tudor Look

Great demonstration, Josh! I do still want a four pin "pillar" that can be used to connect four floors in the center of a larger room. And on second thought, I think I'd be happy to have the green version (or, heck make it chunkier still so it's more square with fewer notches) for builds where the i...

Re: Splitting Wildlands? Great idea!

I'm of two minds here because experience tells me that getting input from this community greatly improves the product (numerous examples of forum/KS comment feedback driving changes to product offering).

At the same time, I usually don't know what I want next until DF tells me!!!  8-)

Re: Rock Breaker Bill's Not-So Ancient Stepwell

That would be cool. Thanks. :) Here is where I am - Do I throw a line of posts with 1200+ links, broken into (12 or 24 individual posts), with each post containing 100 or 50 links per. Although one screen if links on Imgur is about 25 pictures, but then there would be 60+ posts. Maybe picking out t...

Re: Do we need Kickstarters anymore?

This is political, do not want to go down that road here. Happily talk about it over a beer or two :) Just to say still happy to use Kickstarter based on the linked article. One person's political opinion is another person's honest attempt at warning a company they admire that the fundraising appar...

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

This is what I have. Two things I wanted to cover. 1) A decent-sized lava tube or cave. 2) A large magma river for "upstairs" in a mountain or city scape. Third Circle of Hell / Illuminated & Painted 1 Infernal Cave Door Pack - Painted 1 $17.00 Lava Banks Megapack - Painted 1 $249.00 Lava River Tra...

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?

Ok, got mine done, just under the wire. I did most of my planning last weekend using the Pledge Planner in Google Drive (thanks Randy!). My focus was on having awesome magma/lava terrain, not on creating lava caverns. As such, I have very few walls, a smattering of floors, and a healthy amount of tr...
