Removal of a plethora of small plastic bags.
Hi guys, During our last gaming session, a few of my players and I got into a discussion about how great Dwarven Forge is. However, the one con that kept getting mentioned during a map set up is how annoying the little plastic bags were when the packages first arrived. I know that they help protect ...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
<t>@ Gamgan, surprisingly, most of it was custom. I own nearly all of their mods now to build this piece. I did however build the bell tower, the prison, one of the keeps and the wizard's tower from their directions, though and use them in this piece. The walls, gate, 2 of the keeps, the flooring, t...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
<t>Regarding the Daughter of Lolth photo, the gray miniatures were actually stone. Our group discovered what happened to the previous assault force and where they had failed. Thus, they were turned to stone by one of the creatures they were battling.<br/> <br/> They also had to locate their blacksmi...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
<t>Thanks guys,<br/> <br/> It's hard to make out, but the horses actually have bloody hooves and red eyes against midnight black skin. The group found that although they could kill most things here, some creatures are too powerful and in the battle for the sheer pleasure of the show. These two mules...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
Last night, my group got further into the Cathedral and found themselves against some even creepier, unruly hosts. Half of the soldiers they found were either eaten or turned to stone. Sadly, in the Daughter of Lolth shot, the mummied up soldiers are out of frame.

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
<t>@jchuniick. I'm going to try to figure out a good way to pin them. As for the chandeliers, they are actually some doll house stuff that I managed to find. A pack of wagon wheels, 2chain necklaces, some mini soda cans and covered them with hot glue then painted them. I have two ways of hanging the...

Re:The Butcher (Building my own entrance centerpiece)
@William, no problem. Yes, I ordered quite a bit from Griffon Tamer's Kickstarter. Sadly, one of the big door's hinges already snapped off, but other than that, the pieces are spectacular.
