I’d still consider a ‘build’ the location itself.

The heroes and monsters are the encounter at that location.

Keeping an eye on this. I’ve seen their stuff previously at uk games expo and it’s very high quality for cardboard, sturdy and obviously pre-printed. great for scatter terrain.
