I think, as the survey says, I'd like DF to focus on what they're doing well already. I buy DF to set up scenes, so I want to buy DF minis to enhance those scenes. Let reaper focus on the adventurers, give me townsfolk. Seated townsfolk, standing townsfolk, and heaps of townsfolk corpses. I have a f...
You are wise, and I envy your restraint. ;) I actually JUST got around to start painting my Imperial Streets this last week! It's ONLY been what, two years? Haha, no way I'd be able to paint for someone else, I'm struggling to find time to paint for myself. I'm happy to share my technique if you want though, it's really quick and easy. The main trick is that I am using a very soft, large brush to drybrush with. 1. Spray with Krylon camouflage brown, or ...
They are indeed the forgotten cities ones. They play very nicely with dwarven forge, they are about 1/2 the height so DF buildings adjacent to them stand a bit proud but not so much higher as to look bad, and doors and things clear easily. I still haven't experimented much with using them as a base ...
