The cathedral roof is mostly because it's the only decent looking roof I have for the building. In game, it's actually a converted old ruin run by a secret private militia, so the roof will be a remnant from its old days.

Nah, it's totally reasonable. I am thinking of the add-ons as the real stretch goals.

The stretch goals are largely fun in this ks, they are cool but don't add tons of value IMO. The sets seem to be priced assuming a certain number of sg already included
