Re: painting caverns
I am waiting on the paint videos to decide how I want to do under doom. The Ice cavern presentation was informative. I have some new iridescent medium has any one used it :?: I've used the Golden iridescent medium before, it's lovely. Also their interference paints are great. Super easy to use, jus...

Re: How to paint clear/transparent dwarvenite
I had many struggles trying to get the orb on the color-changing column to have smooth transparent color. :P Here's the long version: https://dwarvenforge.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=8621&hilit=dip#p120583 the tl;dr version is, mix a thin wash of vallejo game inks and dip the dwarvenite i...

This is a test of the Imgur broadcast system. . https://imgur.com/BaQbTUQ https://imgur.com/w2Tas0i https://imgur.com/KI9jSDF . I have dropped over a quarter of the 800+ Version 3 pics, all V-2 and all V-1 pictures on my Imgur account in three separate albums. Now, how do I link whole Albums? ;) :)...

Re: Wildlands Survey
I also thought the question was for a single piece, so I asked for a waterfall. For the change, I asked for the delivery deadlines to be more realistic, because I felt the question was less what did I personally want but what did I think would improve the campaign for the most people overall.

Re: Rock Breaker Bill's Not-So Ancient Stepwell
William, this is completely beyond epic, and I could flail about it in a million different ways, so instead I am going to start by gleefully wriggling over how you've used the poor tortured figures from the Reaper tree of misery as the happy waterslide users. \o/ <-- unusually applicable emoticon I'...

Re: Official PM video
The thing is, and I am just guessing here, but intuitively, wouldn't the minis just be squished into the molds into available small spaces between the terrain pieces, and also require much less engineering work and redesigning? Of course I would expect the painting cost of minis to be a bit higher, ...

Re: Elevation pieces
Aaah, this is amazing! I have the foam blocks but storing them is an issue, this is the opposite of one! I may be able to find someplace to put all my Caverns Deep after all, lol. Thank you for the research! \o/

Re: Resin Cavern Lake Set
It all looks beautiful to me. I'm jelly... 8-) Nice job on the barge too. :) I'm waiting to see if I can possibly "light-up" ;) my barge. :D :D :D I went with doing all the "bones" on my barge in glow-in-the-dark paint. It's totally unphotographable but it looks v cool...

Re: Resin Cavern Lake Set
This illustrates a point I wish to make. Order enough of the River Styx terrain trays to make use of the barge. https://i980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283/CRTraylor3499/6.6-T146%20V2%2012x12%20River%20Styx_Lava%20Stone%20Terrain%20Tray%20V2.jpg I love the resin lake but it is not a practical solutio...

Re: Resin Cavern Lake Set
I thought I'd toss out a couple of pics I took of this quick layout I threw together. It's using two river sets and a lake set from the new restock, an older lake set and expansion set, and a few extra expansion set pieces from a delaminating set. I was going for a Styx build to house the Stygian Ba...
