Re: Store Options: More customization on orders.
Hi Guys, We already offer a wide array of products, and adding the option of purchasing individual pieces is, frankly, too much for us. We tried this once and it really did not work out for several reasons. Occasionally, we do have some pieces available. If you email us about it, sometimes we can he...

No problem!
You can always email us directly with any questions like this - once we complete this consolidation process, your "trick" will give more accurate results ... but for now, we need to keep this system in place for our purposes.
Thanks!
Suzy

Re: Are we playing games?
Hi Guys, No, there is nothing nefarious going on at all. As you may or may not know, we have, over the past year, been moving all of our inventory into one fulfillment location in order to better serve you. This is a huge process, which is why it has taken the better part of the past year to organiz...

Re: KS3 Painting Guide Errors?
Hi guys, The painting guide is intended to be a guide, not an infallible instruction manual. We created it to help those who wanted guidance and to help give mixing instructions for the incredibly delayed new colors. We strongly encourage you to use your own judgment and creativity when painting. It...

Re: CBS stone starter set, sticky paint, beige base coats
Hi there - can you email dwarvenforgeinfo@gmail.com with this issue so that we can arrange for some replacement pieces? The uncured paint *might* be fine after a period of time, but if not, we will certainly replace the affected pieces. For the warped pieces: Sometimes Dwarvenite will change its sha...

Re: Dwarvenite material safe for kids?
Also: keep in mind that many of the parts are very small, so there is always a choking risk for children under 3.
The larger pieces should be safe, of course.
Thanks!
