Re: Terrain tray / mat grids
I guess I don't understand the issue. It shouldn't be an either or question but rather a question of whether there is enough interest. I'm pretty sure that the art wasn't created with the grid lines in place. You print one with and one without. Let people choose in the pledge manager. For whatever ...

Are the new driftstones compatible with the old CD driftstones?
I have a set of the CD driftstones and am really really hoping the holes are the same size so I can use the new rods of varying elevation for the old driftstones. Thanks for any guidance. EDIT: OK, the disappointing answer is already in the Codex Valoria. I somehow missed that when checking beforeha...

Re: Terrain tray / mat grids
This KS looks incredible, but I was going to post blancm's exact question. Since Knightess just "confirmed" in the KS comments that the terrain trays and mats do have a grid below the surface texture. I will emphasize blancm's 2nd question. Can we please have at least an option to get grid...

Re: Impressions so far of Wildlands Kickstarter
The pictures of the pieces are missing sizes, which is a significant turnoff right now as I am trying to look through everything. It wouldn't have been hard to include the rough size of the piece (especially the floor pieces, is that mountain floor a 6x6 or an 8x8, I just have to guess) in the pict...

Re: Impressions so far of Wildlands Kickstarter
Looking at the offerings on the DF website is far superior to trying to look at them in KS. Very nice they have all the graphics up this time at the start. So few add-on sets being shown now though. Thankfully, Elye chimed in on a KS comment with "We'll be rolling them out as the KS continues. ...

Re: Wildlands pledging and total spending
I am having severe sticker shock. The prices on forest tiles... holy cow. Need to let this sink in and see how much I really want which pieces. Haha. "Sticker shock" was the exact phrase that came to my mind too :) Made a quick 595$ painted "Explore the Wilds" pledge. Then later...

Re: What‘s your first impression of the new battleboards?
The main issue we see DF having with this pole is we are not the target demographic for Battleboards. We here have already invested in dwarvenite and sculpted tiles, we in general have no need for Battleboards. They are an attempt to bring in new customers who effectively baulk at the price per foo...

Re: KS7 Wildlands IMAGES COMPILED
Is it just me or does that table not really look like a DF build??????? I do not think I'm ever gonna be a fan of the negative space and scatter DF builds. DF is just something different for me. It looks like a spectacular DF setup to me. The great thing about DF is that they have stuff to suit so ...

Re: What fresh hell are you getting?
Thanks to all who have posted their thoughts and pledges. I ended up coming in just under the nice round 2k$ figure. 2nd level illuminated level with many add-ons, all painted. Having young kids, I wanted the spectacle of the light panels/filters and all the signature dwarvenite pieces (volcano, hel...

Re: Beginnings: A New Eberron Campaign
Stunning as always - i LOVE the idea of a temple with a hidden garden (or hunter's grove) and the fact that it is always spring - gorgeous integration of water tiles and woodlands The builds are fabulous, but i find myself drawn to the minis - any of those is worthy of it's own thread with half a d...
