Re:Ice Age Mammals Kickstarter

<r>So now that it\'s over, is there any place which actually shows all the sculpts to choose from?<br/> I found the link to the spreadsheet, <URL url="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LrkKJxmTivy4VXrb_yyKUnVy8hc8Sw7jjTvCqLghxh4/edit#gid=0"><LINK_TEXT text="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

Re:Raid on the Imperial Fortress

<t>Thanks for the comments.<br/> <br/> The storm giant miniatures do indeed represent storm giants in game. It\'s a military-themed campaign, and the WOTC giantess is the players\' commanding officer. The Pathfinder version is her sister.<br/> At the moment of the picture they were defending the bac...

Re:Ice Age Mammals Kickstarter

<t>Are all these freebies being talked about in the updates? <br/> <br/> I\'ve looked at the front page several times and don\'t see anything about most of this. $15 for seven minis is obviously great, but the almost too-good pricing plus the scattershot front page make me question the kickstarter a...

Raid on the Imperial Fortress

I've spent a lot of time browsing photos here recently; might as well contribute. These shots are from a recent campaign in which the players made their way into the imperial fortress to depose the orc emperor. Sorry for the blurriness, the pics were for my reference and I wasn't planning on posting...

Stefan at Origins

<t>It\'s hard to get any more geeky when dressed up for a LARP, but I definitely geeked out a bit when Stefan stopped by our live action dungeon at Origins Game Fair earlier this month.<br/> <br/> He was very gracious and fun to talk to, and I really enjoyed meeting him. Thanks, Stefan!<br/> <br/> <...

Re:How do you \'randomly generate\' dungeon on the fly?

<t>Velcroing pre-built rooms to foot square boards has been my solution. Works well for portability and stopping metagaming. <br/> The only problem I\'ve had is finding an adhesive that doesn\'t peel off the base of the Game Tiles. The velcro tends to be stronger than the glue if pieces aren\'t care...

Re:Freeport layout

My favorite part of this is the bit of water at the edge of the cavern. It doesn\'t eat up table space, but it neatly implies a larger lake.
