Re: Magic Dungeon of Mystrezz
Beautiful build Rhizom, the elevation looks great. And after that discussion in the post about dungeons needing to look a little more ruined, I've really come to appreciate the DoD ledges in a way I didn't before. They give things an unfinished look that really sets a different mood for the whole du...

Re: Trees are good
The time involved is nothing to sneeze at either. My 6 others took years to complete. O.K. that was a fib. But really a few weeks of actual time the way I did my weighted bases and all. At least those older Woods 3-packs are around half the price of these new trees. I will say these look tal...

Re: erinthor mountains and banks
I definitely intend to do the same, and I'm not too worried about a color mismatch even though I don't expect it will be perfect. Erinthor definitely has more grey tones where caverns has more brown, and I'm expecting that to be true for mountains too, but I think it'll absolutely be close enough. I...

Re: Gen Con 2019
i am also looking forward to seeing pics of the lava at the booth before the PM ends. Might make me reconsider. I prefer the straight white lights there. I am never sure what lights DF is using in their videos. I will try and take as many photos as I can as well as video and post on the forum. :) I...

Re: What did we pledge for?
I did most of the adventure packs, a sort of "build your own" version of the Underdoom and Crystal Caverns in standard paint (bought most of the component add-ons, but left out a few duplicates or specific packs to cut cost), a full Dreadhollow, an extra heavy/light forest tray pack with t...

Re: Do you want KS7 to have more Erinthor Mountain Cliff sculpts?
I worked it back and forth as I was pulling it out. I have not tried but I think you could (if you look closely at the mountain peices many of them are made of several parts so it had to be assembled in some way.) Hmm... very interesting. I may be trying this. The trees are nice to have sometimes, ...

Re: DF to make one last terrain setting.
What I want to see (and to be fair this would probably be best as one or just a few encounters, maybe a mini KS at best) is a "Belly of the Beast". Give me a DF setting inside of a massive creature! An enormous rib cage, winding bowels, acid-pooled stomach. A mouth filled with rows and row...

Re: Swamp Adventure
When you get around to it, could you flip a couple different walkways and show the underside? Looking at whether cutting to half width might be a possibility. I assume they are a hard plastic. Are the supports/stilts supplied with modular (use in various ways) or need gluing, in which case why use ...

Re: DF's July 2019 build of the month using Erinthor
I must have missed the announcement that they were starting these builds of the month, but I think they're a great idea. And the fact that they tell new (and existing customers) exactly what to buy to get those encounters is great. But echoing what others have said... trying to plan around available...
