Re: 3D files of unreleased models?
The hardcore fans in the forums will likely only ever be buying the real thing, and people who 3D print are unlikely to invest substantial amounts into DF products - there's just no comparison between the real thing and the quality of a 3D print in my opinion. I consider myself hardcore, and I have...

Re: What minis do you MOST want?
Seated Minis. Villagers/townsfolk. Same for me. Perhaps the same minis that are seated also in standing position and mounted. Oh! And please make them metal, not dwarvenite. I love dwarvenite for terrain, but for minis I really appreciate the greater detail that can be achieved with metal. And I wa...

Re: Stone Advanced Builder set missing 1/2 wall riser?
I had noticed this as well, however, I don't consider it a "big" deal, although it would be nice to have two Short Riser Walls per set. I suspect this set was intended to be a collection of pieces, that some would be useful in a variety of situations. When you try this setup. it looks like...

Re: Castle Builds
Oddbender, Could I see a picture of the cbs pieces w/o the roof? How may advanced builder sets were required for that? Sure. I'll have to set it up again for pics, but that's no problem; sometime this weekend. I can tell you that I used two advanced builder sets, one set per floor. What you don't s...

Re: Lots of KS4 already sold out in store?
Yeah, I also got my package today, everything looks good. The sad part is that a lot of what I wanted was already sold out. And even then I spent a pretty good amount. And now I'm looking at more. How is this possible?

I upload my pictures to Imgur.com, select the picture once uploaded, and then copy the code from the "BBCode" option and paste it here. I works great.

Domes and other experiments
The newest idea I'm playing around with, is changing up the look of the Cathedral roof to go with the Necromancer Theme. The idea is bone spikes protruding from the rooftop. I'm thinking if I get an unpainted Cathedral Roof, then painting it black and red with brown moss. And painting the bones to l...

Re: Experimenting with domes for castle towers
I appreciate the support. After reading some comments I realized answering is more complex than I would have thought, so I hope you can put up with my long post. Ok, these are really cool. Now are going to make some for sale or trade? The short answer is probably not, but if you care why continue re...

Re: Experimenting with domes for castle towers
Thanks for the feedback and thoughts. So I spent the weekend playing around with some ideas. First, I wanted a flange that could be used to support things on top of towers or in between floors. The first design fits snug and actually holds the tower walls together more securely too. Next, I made a l...
