Re: Stretch Goals we Want - DF Please Read

They are also a failure for those who are buying $10 pledges with add-ons. And the people they do serve primarily are those with untamed or mega pledges. The people who already are getting a discount and don't need as much of a push to spend more money anyways ;) Or they are making the untamed and ...

Re: Cutout Escarpment

There's always going to be some variation between prototype and final product, particularly for those of us who get painted. It comes with the territory and all product reveals in a KS come with an implied "caveat emptor" regarding variation in the final delivered piece. That said, I thin...

I wonder if Diorama builders spend as much or more than most RPG'ers on a per capita basis?

Re: Photos from Streams

Didn't Elye sculpt the Spirit Tree? That was my favourite KS6 sculpt so these new interlocking trees ought to be spectacular. But not keen on resin anymore. I'd be afraid of a nearby tower toppling onto them.

Poll for the new trees in dwarvenite!

Re: Cutout Escarpment

Nate has already showed a few times that the prototype Waterfalls are slightly bulged and that makes it hard to have mating tiles sit flush on them. You could even see it when he held it up the other night. So while there will likely be a line, it should not be as pronounced as the one you saw on t...

Re: Running Total from All DF KS by day KS7 added

The last 5 days are a bit of a snooze-fest, raising an avg of just $13.5K per day.

KS6 announced its big pledge reveals towards the end (with solid discounts baked-in) - what do you think Wildlands will surprise us with?

Re: Cutout Escarpment

The video DF put up today seemed better than that, but I agree it could be a concern as the factory will do what the factory will do. As I got no cutout there should be more wiggle room to line up pieces. Actually this screen-grab was from today's video, and it wasn't that Nate had perhaps placed t...

Re: Cutout Escarpment

On a related note, I dislike that the foam overhangs the piece below, subsequently creating a small lip + shadow.

@GeekJeff might you know if this will dissappear with the production pieces or is it intentional?

Re: MAGNET LOSS

Use epoxy not super glue. Chuck @ DWF suggested: Use thick superglue Put enough in the socket that the glue just barely forms a lip over the magnet when the magnet is inserted all the way.
