Re:Which game do you use for your Dwarven Forge?
<t>Kronos, I am so stealing your healing amulet idea! I have been using a rest mechanic from the Trailblazer rules but I like the idea of tying it to a physical item. I don't know why I never thought of that....<br/> <br/> BigTeacher, that is not strange at all. My Pathfinder game uses elements from...

Nice job! I really like the viewing platform with tables so you can enjoy a meal while watching the games.

Re:Which game do you use for your Dwarven Forge?
<t>The reason I ask is that about a year ago I ran a Castles and Crusades game and the players blazed through it. It wasn't that the encounters were easy, it was the lack of tactical play that really sped it up. So, do folks that play 3.5 / Pathfinder prepare smaller layouts on game day vs. those th...

Which game do you use for your Dwarven Forge?
I started way back when with the Holmes box set of D&D, then Advanced D&D. Left gaming for many years and came back when 3.5 was not yet bloated. Now I play and run Pathfinder. Out of curiosity, what does everyone else play? how many non tactical gamers use DF?

Re:WTB Tavern Tiles
Check the Products, Individual Pieces page for individual pieces from various sets. While there are no MBS tiles available as singles, look under Accessories and you can snag a very cool bar set up as well as tables etc that go perfectly with the Medieval Building Sets.

Re:Sewers
What paint did you use to repaint the Kraken? It looks great, as if you bought it that way. Reason I ask is I have my eye on a similar toy with a terrible paint job.......

Re:You guys are so AWESOME
<t>I echo L's sentiment. I have only been using DF for the past few months but it has fired my enthusiasm for my game like nothing else ever has. I have shelves and shelves of books that go back to 1980 when I first started this journey. But once I actually saw the Cavern Set on my table, my imagina...

It's like I won the Dwarven Forge eBay sweepstakes
<t>So a couple weeks ago, I am browsing eBay for terrain accessory items and do all the various searches. Then I try "modular dungeon", and up pops one listing with a very poor photo of the demon head gate from Wicked Additions along with some Cavern pieces and some room walls and floors. Absolutely...
