Best Scatter Terrain Build: Shipwreck in the Violet Reef by The Gourd Lord

Here’s their story:
A concentrated scatter-terrain build featuring Underdoom stalagmites and the stairway to violence, surrounded by deep-sea vegetation and set into the rocky seabed. These three elements - combined with the wrecked boat across its surface - paint the picture of a majestic, yet dangerous coral reef.
*In Nate's Voice* "So! The story is..."
Ten years ago, a small fishing sloop dredged up a pirate's treasure chest that had sunk to the seabed long ago. Excited, the crew rushed to port to sell their haul, ignoring the dreadful shift in the weather. In their haste, they ran straight into a hurricane and found themselves in shallow waters. Off one particularly violent wave, they fell far and fast - crashing into the Violet Reef below the surface. The ship's hull cracked and burst from the impact, and the merciless waves that followed tore what was left of the ship into three pieces. Of the six crewmen, only one survived. Bobbing on a piece of driftwood, he waded all the way to the port harbor. There he was rescued and returned penniless and alone—the lone survivor of he and his shipmates' greed.
Now, ten years later, the tide has shifted again, and the Violet Reef is finally near the surface once more. The waters are calm for the time being, and the lone survivor still dreams of seeing that chest again. He's hired you to sail out to the reef and dive - to wrestle with giant octopi, outrun piranhas, and hold your breath long enough to unearth the old angler's sunken treasure. And if you should succeed, you'll be taking sixty percent all for yourself.
Will you return home and make port hauling a chest full of gold? Or will the remorseless coral spears of the Violet Reef claim yet another ship for its collection?
