The Infernal Cave Door can be many things; an entrance to a Devil's castle, or perhaps even a portal into the Hells themselves. You can also build a room on the other side of a door in your dungeon or cavern to make a special arena for fighting a Fire Elemental or Pit Fiend.  It includes both a DF Light Panel Driver and DF Light Panel Expansion Pack.
